This newly built apartment-hotel combines in its architecture the Bulgarian national style with a modern internal design. It is located at the Nestinarka beach on the southern Black Sea coast, near the town of Tsarevo and 60 km south from the town of Burgas.

Most of the suites have sea view. The hotel is of solid construction bricks and building materials in accordance with the European Communities standard.
